1. Garmin Connect Integration

UltraLock (by UltraMind Lab) integrates with the Garmin Connect API to sync Active Calories, Daily Steps, and Workout activities. This data is exclusively used to calculate the user's "Daily Debt" and determine the status of the digital "Shield" (app-blocking logic). We require this integration to provide high-fidelity performance tracking for our users.

Email address (for account identification)
Device Information
Physical Activity (Steps, Calories, Workouts)

3. Data Retention

We retain your personal and physiological data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Upon account deletion, all synced Garmin data is permanently removed from our systems.

4. User Rights & Consent

You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time. Consent for Garmin Connect API data can be revoked directly within the UltraLock app or through your Garmin Connect account settings.

We maintain a strict No-Sale Policy: your health and activity data is never shared with, sold to, or used by third-party advertisers.

AI Systems

UltraLock does not use AI or machine learning systems. All data processing, including screen time calculations based on Garmin activity data, steps, and workouts, is performed using deterministic rule-based logic.
